To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Black Friday & Christmas, there will be an extended returns window, in which any order place on/after 24th November, You will get 30days to make a return.
  • What items are returnable?

    You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

    • They must be in original condition
    • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
    • In the original packaging
    • All items must have the tags attached for your return to be accepted unless the items didn't come with tags
    • Items which have been bought using a gift card or a discounted or in general the item is on  discount. These order will be credited via gift card and not refund

    Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

    NOTE: WE RECOMMEND TO USE A TRACKED SERVICE FOR ALL RETURNS - THIS MAKES THE PROCESS ALOT SMOOTHER

    Are there any charges for return?

    • All Returns are at the customers cost we do not offer pre paid labels
    • Shipping is non refundable unless we have made a mistake like for example: we sent out the wrong item or a damaged item. In this case we will refund shipping
    • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 21 working days.
